Four simple steps from first call to final walkthrough — so you always know what’s next, what it costs and when we’ll be there.

  1. Step one

    Tell us the job & book a site visit

    Call, email or send photos through the quote form. For most jobs we’ll book a site visit to measure up, check access and timber condition, and understand exactly what a proper repair or renovation needs.

  2. Step two

    Receive a clear written scope

    You get a written scope covering labour, materials, timing and anything that depends on what we find once boards come off. Known work is priced properly up front — no vague “we’ll see on the day”.

  3. Step three

    Build, repair and keep you updated

    Floors are covered, dust is controlled and the site is tidied daily. We keep you in the loop as the job moves, and if anything hidden turns up, you’ll see it and approve it before we go further.

  4. Step four

    Walkthrough & handover

    We walk you through the finished work, run through care notes for timber and outdoor finishes, and leave the site clean. If anything needs a tweak afterwards, you have a direct line to the crew who built it.
